Always Help Others

One night a man and a woman walked into a small hotel. Looking for shelter from the rain. They went up to the registration desk hoping to book a room.

"Do you have a room available." man asked. "Unfortunately we're all booked up." replied the receptionist. "but I can't leave a nice couple like you on the street on a rainy night. You can use my room. It's not the best but you can stay the night."

The couple felt ashamed to take the young clerk's room, but he insisted and so they accepted his offer. In the morning, the man said tp the clerk, "I see a future manager in you. You should become the head of one of the best hotels in the USA. Maybe someday I will arrange it for you!"

Two years passed. The clerk had already forgotten about what happened, when suddenly he received a letter.

In it, the old man reminded the clerk about that night and enclosed a ticket to NEW YORK.

The old man met him and took the clerk to the corner of 5th avenue and 34th street. He pointed at a large new bulding and said, " That's the hotel that I built for you!" "Are you joking?" the clerk was amazed.

The old man was called WILLIAM WALDORF ASTOR, and the amazing building was his hotel, 'THE WALDORF ASTORIA.'

The young clerk who became the hotel's first manager was called GEORGE BOLDT

Moral: Don't turn your back on those in need. The universe will find a way to reward you for your good deeds.
